Parent & Educator Resources
Exposure is key! Parents and educators must have the proper knowledge of our practice and what we teach to expose our students to the practice in their day-to-day environment.
Mindfulness is the state of being fully aware and in the moment. We believe that staying present and being mindful isn’t limited to silence, so we use yoga, music, food/eating, coloring, and meditation to help us master the art of staying present.
Our sessions are designed to be used in daily routines, whether it be in the home or classroom, in community groups, on play dates, etc.
Practicing mindfulness benefits students in more ways than one by significantly reducing stress, increasing their ability to learn, and, most importantly, giving them the confidence to embrace themselves.
